How to Downgrade RPD

There is  repository downgrade utility nqgenoldverrpd available for this purpose. Using this Utility you can downgrade from one version to another 11g Versions. But you cannot downgrade the RPD from 11g to 10g version. 

This utility can be found:

• On Client under : <OBIEE_Client>\oraclebi\orahome\bifoundation\server\bin\nqgenoldverrpd.exe
• On Server under : $MW_HOME/bifoundation/server/bin/nqgenoldverrpd

The syntax is:

nqgenoldverrpd [-P repository_password] -I input_repository_pathname -O output_repository_pathname -V version [-F]

eg: nqgenoldverrpd -P pwd -I rp1.rpd -O rp1_old.rpd -V 318

This should generate repository rp1_old.rpd of version 318 from the rpd 320 version.
